Choose between jelly adhesive tabs or nail glue:
- Jelly adhesive tabs: Easy to apply and remove, reusable, and less damaging to your natural nails. Best for short-term wear (a few days).
- Nail glue: Stronger and longer-lasting hold (1–2 weeks), but removal takes more effort and may cause more damage if not done properly.
