SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Fees
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 65. Orders below USD 65 will incur a USD 16 shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days to process before they are dispatched. We aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, any available items will be shipped first. The remaining items will be sent separately once they are back in stock. Receiving multiple shipments for one order is normal.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS (if a mobile number is provided) containing your tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at wellascorner@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items returned after 30 days, damaged items, or items not in original condition may be partially refunded or declined.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. For items valued over USD 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
